As custodians of assets, we manage investments responsibly and seek to avoid companies which pose a significant risk of harm to the environmental or society.
We are socially conscious shareholders who not only consider profitability, but also seek to raise environmental and social issues with company management if and when they arise.

Our People
Yen Koh
Managing Director
Yen Koh has over 20 years of experience in financial markets. Formerly the Head of Investment Strategy of a national stockbroking firm, Yen has a successful history of managing investment portfolios of Australian equities. Yen has a double degree in Commerce and Law from the University of Adelaide. When not researching companies, Yen tries to enjoy losing tennis games at his local club or rock climbing when he can.
Qualifications: CFA charterholder, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws with honours (Adelaide University)
Christopher Lim
Executive Director
Chris has 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry working in both consulting and law. Chris has worked with and advised a range of investment management businesses including fund managers, superannuation funds, stockbrokers and financial advisers. When he’s not fine tuning our operations, you can usually find Chris at the local sailing club.
Qualifications: Australian Lawyer, Bachelor of Laws with honours (1st class), Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Financial Services, Passed Level 1 CFA Examination.
Laura Toscano
External Compliance Committee Member
Laura is an external member of our investment fund Compliance Committee. She has 12 years’ experience providing audit and advisory services, including for financial services clients, and is currently a Senior Manager at ShineWing Australia. She specialises in internal audit, risk management, compliance and advisory services.
Qualifications: Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Business.
Robbie Behrad
External Compliance Committee Member
Robbie is also an external member of our investment fund Compliance Committee. Robbie’s experience includes acting as an in-house and private practice commercial lawyer. He has previously worked as a lawyer with Norton Rose Fulbright, ANZ, NTT and Amazon. Robbie is currently a Principal of a commercial and technology law firm, Legal Byte.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (with honours), Bachelor of Commerce.
